The problem with Win10 is that it comes with different fonts than Win7.
In order to show Japanese/Chinese characters correctly you have to do the following:
Once a font capable of displaying the characters has been found, open the "Set Fonts" window again and select this font for the remaining window types as well.
t is seem to not compatible with win10. When she use OTM2 for EN>JP translation, the tool can't show the japanese.
Than we try to input chinese, and it also can't display chinese.(So she changed to use Win7 and can using OTM2 normally.)
