The problem with Win10 is that it comes with different fonts than Win7.
In order to show Japanese/Chinese characters correctly you have to do the following:
- open a document in OpenTM2,
- Open the font selection dialog ("Options"->"Fonts...")
- Select "Translation" in the "Window" box
- Select a new font in the "Font" box (a good candidate for Chinese would be one of the SimSun family fonts and for Japanese one of the MS Mincho fonts)
- Press the "Set" button
- Test the displayed characters, if the display is not correct, go to step 2
Once a font capable of displaying the characters has been found, open the "Set Fonts" window again and select this font for the remaining window types as well.

t is seem to not compatible with win10. When she use OTM2 for EN>JP translation, the tool can't show the japanese.
Than we try to input chinese, and it also can't display chinese.(So she changed to use Win7 and can using OTM2 normally.)
